Business Strategy
Background
Antonio Scialletti brings 30 years of professional experience in strategy and business development consulting worldwide. He is committed to training and coaching the new generation of global-minded business leaders, supporting companies in strategically selecting and developing new business opportunities in international markets, and mentoring startups in business model definition and seed-financing.
He lived and worked in the USA (Boston and Seattle) for 4 years, 8 years in Milan at Deloitte, and 8 years in Shanghai — where he served as CEO of GEA Consulenti di Direzione SpA's Asian subsidiary, a leading Italian strategy and investment consulting firm. This journey gave him a deeply international mindset and a cross-cultural management approach that informs everything he teaches.
Since January 2019, Antonio is the MBA Program Director at Rome Business School in Rome, Italy, where he teaches Strategy, Geo-economics and Intercultural Management. Under his leadership, the MBA programs have achieved outstanding global recognition: the Executive MBA reached #1 in Italy, Top 10 in Europe and #11 worldwide (CEO Magazine, March 2026); the Online MBA ranked Top 10 in Europe and Top 15 worldwide; and the International MBA achieved Tier 1 for three consecutive years, alongside #26 globally in the QS World University Rankings (October 2025).
Antonio also serves as Vice-President of DUK Enterprises in London, supporting and advising international corporations from China, Korea, Singapore, Japan and the UK in the Oil & Gas sector — overseeing 127 million Euro in assigned projects over 7 years with an 81% success rate. He additionally led the 4-million Euro LIFE Project 'RecOrgFert PLUS' (funded by the EU Green Deal Program) at SBS Group in Varese, Italy, successfully opening a new division on Organic Fertilizers Production Machinery.
