    5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase date—no questions asked.

    1. Eligible Purchases

    Our refund policy applies to all paid purchases made on the Fiscedge Academy Platform:

    • Single course purchases ($10.99 each)
    • All-Access Pass ($39.99 one-time payment)
    • Any promotional or discounted purchases

    Note: Free courses and promotional trials are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

    2. Refund Period

    You have 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The refund period starts from the moment your payment is confirmed by Stripe (you'll receive an email confirmation).

    Example: If you purchased on January 1st, 2025, you can request a refund until January 6th, 2025 (11:59 PM).

    We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and process your refund within 3-5 business days

    5. What Happens After Refund

    • Access to purchased course(s) revoked immediately
    • Any earned certificates invalidated
    • Downloaded materials must be deleted
    • Account remains active for free courses
    • You're welcome to repurchase in the future

    6. Exceptions

    • Requests made after 5 days
    • Violations of Terms & Conditions
    • Evidence of content theft or sharing
    • Abuse of refund policy
    • Chargebacks filed without contact

    7. Chargebacks

    We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and may result in account suspension.

    If you've already filed one, please email info@fiscedge.com immediately to resolve it faster. For certified legal communications, use legal@pec.fiscedge.com.

    8. Partial Refunds

    We do not offer partial refunds for individual modules. Refunds apply to the entire purchased package (Single Course or All-Access Pass).

    9. Currency & Exchange Rates

    Refunds are issued in the currency of purchase. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.

    10. Technical Issues

    If you experience technical issues, please contact support first. We will resolve most issues within 24-48 hours and extend your refund period if needed. A refund should be a last resort.
