Kseniia Melnikova is an AI Product and Project Manager with over seven years of international experience building AI products end-to-end. She started her career at Samsung Research, managing AI-based consumer solutions including face recognition and liveness detection for mobile products used at global scale.
She later worked across AI B2B SaaS, recommendation systems, enterprise generative AI and digital transformation, leading cross-functional teams across product, data, engineering and design. Her experience includes AI products adopted by thousands of enterprise users, onboarding improvements that increased trial-to-paid conversion, and the development of AI personalization and recommendation logic.
Today, Kseniia is the founder of Novati AI, a BeautyTech startup building an AI-powered recommendation system for skincare, fragrance and dermocosmetics. Her work combines AI product management, rapid prototyping, customer discovery, UX research, market validation and go-to-market strategy.
