Experience behind the teaching.
Stefano Cera is a trainer and coach specializing in executive communication, public speaking, conflict management and personal and organizational development. His work is built around experiential and metaphorical learning: film clips, music, case studies, role-play and practical exercises become tools for reflection, engagement and concrete behavioral change.
After entering corporate training in 1999 within the training service of an American multinational, Stefano worked across classroom training, planning, course design, e-learning, quality and internal auditing. In 2008 he returned full time to the classroom, focusing on professional training, soft skills and communication for companies, public administrations and professional groups.
He is an accredited trainer and scientific director for civil and commercial mediation courses recognized by the Italian Ministry of Justice. His public work also includes writing books, essays and articles on behavioral training and constructive conflict management, plus radio activity through Radio Godot.
