Andrea Santoni is an ICT and digital transformation executive, author and speaker with 25+ years of experience in technology governance, project and portfolio management, large-scale system integration and organizational transformation. He began at Deutsche Bank, spent more than twenty years at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica progressing to Executive Director, and is today COO at Sealence SB S.p.A. and Scientific Board Member at ENIA. He is the author of Il Project Manager Aumentato+ (FrancoAngeli) and the creator of the Cognitive Delegation Scale™, an operational framework for governing the progressive delegation of cognitive activities to AI systems within organizations.
