He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Business Management from Rome Business School.

Andrea is the author of Il Project Manager Aumentato+, published by FrancoAngeli, and the creator of the Scala della Delega Cognitiva™ — the Cognitive Delegation Scale™ — an operational framework for interpreting and governing the progressive delegation of cognitive activities to artificial intelligence systems within organizations. Across his executive experience, writing and speaking, he explores how AI is transforming managerial work, with particular attention to visibility, accountability and human judgment in AI-enabled decision-making.

    Curriculum overview

    01

Module 1 — Shadow AI is Already Here

Where AI is already influencing decisions in your organization. Recognizing visible and invisible AI adoption, common Shadow AI patterns, and the outputs entering decision processes without oversight or governance.

    02

Module 2 — The Invisible Cognitive Contribution

What AI is actually contributing to decisions. Differentiating information generation from cognitive contribution, and how AI shapes interpretation, prioritization, evaluation and decision alternatives.

    03

Module 3 — Making Cognitive Delegation Visible

Why cognitive delegation becomes an organizational challenge when contributors, decision-makers and the accountable no longer coincide — and why organizations need structured ways to make it visible.

    04

    Module 4 — Governing Human-AI Decision-Making

How organizations should respond. Practical approaches to improve visibility, clarify responsibilities and strengthen governance to preserve accountability, transparency and decision quality.

    Final Project
